BizCode ("we", "us", "our") operates the Flash VPN mobile application ("App", "Service", "Flash VPN").  
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information when you use our Service.

We use your data only to provide the VPN service, display ads, and improve the App. By using the Service you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information you provide directly
- None. No account creation, email, phone number, login or personal registration is required.

B. Automatically collected information (by the App itself)
While the VPN is connected, we collect only minimal technical data:
- Connection start/end timestamps
- Total data transferred (uploaded + downloaded bytes per session – no content or destination details)
- Temporary random session identifier (not linked to you)
- App version, Android version
- Approximate country code (derived from IP at connection time – for server selection stats only)

We do **not** collect or log:
- Your real IP address after the VPN tunnel ends
- Websites visited, DNS queries, URLs
- Traffic content (no deep packet inspection)
- Precise location (GPS, Wi-Fi, cell data)
- Device identifiers (IMEI, Android ID, serial number)
- Contacts, photos, files, microphone, camera

C. Data collected by third-party advertising (AdMob)
Flash VPN displays ads using Google AdMob. Google automatically collects and shares the following data for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention:
- **Advertising ID** (Android advertising identifier / AAID)
- Approximate location (country/region level, derived from IP)
- App interactions and usage data (to measure ad performance)

This data is collected **directly by Google**, not stored or processed by BizCode. We do not receive or access your Advertising ID or personal details from AdMob.

D. Information we do NOT collect
- Any data for user profiling beyond basic ad serving
- Sensitive personal information (health, religion, etc.)
- Payment data (no in-app purchases/subscriptions processed yet)

2. How We Use Collected Information

- App-collected data → Provide/maintain/improve VPN service, generate anonymous aggregate stats (e.g. total usage per country), debug issues
- AdMob-collected data → Serve ads (personalized or contextual), measure ad performance, prevent ad fraud

We do **not** use data for:
- Selling or renting personal information
- Building detailed user profiles for third parties
- Tracking you outside the App

3. Sharing of Data

- App metadata (timestamps, bytes, country code) → Not shared with anyone except anonymized aggregate stats
- Advertising data → Shared automatically with Google (AdMob) for ad serving and related purposes (see Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy)

No other third-party SDKs for analytics, crash reporting, or tracking are used.

4. Data Storage & Retention

- Our minimal connection metadata → Stored max **30 days**, then deleted
- Aggregate anonymous stats → Kept longer for service improvement
- AdMob data → Handled under Google's retention rules (you can reset Advertising ID in Android settings)

Servers are located outside 5/9/14-Eyes alliances.

5. Security

VPN traffic uses ChaCha20-Poly1305 encryption with per-session nonces.  
We apply reasonable security measures, but no transmission is 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

Flash VPN is not directed to children under 13.  
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. International Transfers

Data may be processed outside Pakistan with appropriate safeguards.

8. Your Rights & Choices

- Reset Advertising ID in Android settings → Limits personalized ads
- Uninstall App → Deletes local data
- Contact us for questions

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified in the App + updated date here.
